Need a hand with Pastport? Here is how to reach us and how to keep your atlas safe. Pastport keeps everything on your device, so a backup file is how you move or protect it.

Overview

How to get help.

Email is the fastest way to reach the studio. Save a backup file from Profile before you change or reset a device, and keep your original photos separately.

Contact us

Email hello@trailmarkstudios.com. To help us help you quickly, tell us your device and OS version, the app version, and what happened — including the steps to reproduce it if you can.

Back up and restore

In Pastport, open Profile and choose Save backup file, then pick a folder in your device's file window. Pastport confirms the backup only after the file has been written and read back. To restore, choose Import atlas in Profile and pick the file; importing replaces the atlas on that device.

A backup holds your saved countries, trips, places, memories, stories, reflections, and settings, plus references to attached photos. It does not hold the photo files themselves or unfinished drafts, so keep your original photos separately and save or discard drafts before relying on a backup.

Reset or delete your data

Profile › Reset to Starter Data clears the saved atlas on that device; unfinished drafts are discarded separately. To remove everything, clear Pastport's storage in your device settings or uninstall the app. There is no account or server copy to delete; backups, editions, and photos you saved elsewhere must be deleted there.

Privacy and your data

For exactly what Pastport stores and what does or does not leave your device, see the Pastport Privacy Policy.

Response times

Trailmark Studios is a small, independent studio. We aim to reply within a few business days. Around betas and launches it can take a little longer, but we read every message.
