Save the set, start the rest. Record the weight and reps, and the rest timer starts beside the set you just saved. End it early or record another set when you're ready.

Log a set, take the rest and keep moving. SteadyReps keeps the workout, the rest timer and your training history together, so the next session can build on what you actually did.

One session

Log it, rest, and look back.

The screens follow a sample workout from the set you just saved to the step it suggests next. Nothing asks you to share it, rank it or keep a streak alive.

Where your training lives

Your log, on your phone.

No account
There's nothing to sign up for. Your workouts are kept in the app on your phone.
Your backups
Export a backup file when you want one and keep it where you choose. Android's own device backup can also include app data, depending on your phone's settings.
No SteadyReps cloud
SteadyReps doesn't run an account service or sync your training to a server of its own.

The details are in the SteadyReps privacy notice.
