Email is the fastest way to reach the studio, and account tasks — export, account deletion, household members, and notification permissions — you can manage yourself in the app and your device settings.

Manage your account and data
You can export your data or permanently delete your account from your Profile, and manage household members and invitations in the app. Notification, camera, and photo permissions are controlled in your device settings.

Response times
Trailmark Studios is a small, independent studio. We aim to reply within a few business days. Around betas and launches it can take a little longer, but we read every message.
