How to get help.
Email is the fastest way to reach the studio, and several account tasks — export, deletion, password reset — you can do yourself from inside the app.
Contact us
Email hello@trailmarkstudios.com. To help us help you quickly, tell us your device and OS version, the app version, and what happened — including the steps to reproduce it if you can.
Manage your account and data
You can export your data or delete your account from Settings › Data, and reset your password from the sign-in screen. Recordings you make stay on your device unless you choose to share or export them.

Response times
Trailmark Studios is a small, independent studio. We aim to reply within a few business days. Around betas and launches it can take a little longer, but we read every message.
