How to get help.
Email is the fastest way to reach the studio. You can export your data and reset your password in the app; for account deletion, email us from your account's address.
Contact us
Email hello@trailmarkstudios.com. To help us help you quickly, tell us your device and OS version, the app version, and what happened — including the steps to reproduce it if you can.
Manage your account and data
You can export your data from Settings › Data and reset your password from the sign-in screen. Tabs and recordings stay on your device and are not part of your account.
To delete your account, ask us by email from the address on your account.
Tuner tips
The tuner is a chromatic guitar tuner referenced to A4 = 440 Hz. Play one string at a time near the phone; chords, loud rooms or very quiet playing show no reading rather than a guess. Bluetooth headsets and external microphones are not supported.

Response times
Trailmark Studios is a small, independent studio. We aim to reply within a few business days. Around betas and launches it can take a little longer, but we read every message.
